flawless experience

helpful conciergepeaceful roomluxurious poolnice day
the concierge was very helpful by picking us up from the village. the treatment rooms were peaceful. the vitality pool and sauna offered a luxurious feel. trevor organised our return trip. the staff seemed very friendly, it was a very special day.
the hotel showed some wear with minor damp damage, a bit disappointing, considering its reputation.

the rooms were spacious. the surrounding golf course offered a peaceful location. i found the service in the knights bar excellent. the facilities met my expectations.
i observed the women's changing room by the pool was a bit small. there was very little space to get changed. i noticed broken lights in the sauna and steam room.
